Our services

The scope of work for each service area is set out below. Please select the service you require or describe your task, and our specialists will propose the most suitable solution.

Port 1

IP telephony implementation

Implementation of IP PBX systems, city number connection and call centre solutions. No call goes unanswered, and internal communication between staff is free of charge.

  • IP PBX based on Asterisk, Issabel, FreePBX and Cisco CUCM/CUBE
  • SIP trunk and city number connection
  • IVR voice menu and call queue configuration
  • Call centre: agents, queues, statistical reporting

Port 1

IP telephony implementation

We replace outdated analogue PBXs and scattered mobile numbers with a unified IP telephony system. The system is designed on the Asterisk, Issabel/FreePBX or Cisco platforms, the operator’s SIP lines are connected, and every employee is assigned an extension.

As a result, all calls are logged, statistical reports are generated, and all branches operate within a single communication system.

Scope of service

  • IP PBX based on Asterisk, Issabel, FreePBX and Cisco CUCM/CUBE
  • SIP trunk and city number connection
  • IVR voice menu and call queue configuration
  • Call centre: agents, queues, statistical reporting
  • Call recording and archiving
  • Integration of all branches into a single PBX
  • IP phone configuration: Yealink, Grandstream, Fanvil, Cisco
  • Softphone: calls from the corporate number on a smartphone

Port 2

Computer network design and deployment

Design and installation of structured cabling, corporate Wi-Fi and local area networks from scratch, or modernisation of existing networks.

  • Site survey and network design
  • Structured cabling: cable installation, outlets, patch panels and rack assembly
  • Fibre-optic line connection
  • Corporate Wi-Fi: full coverage, guest network, roaming

Port 2

Computer network design and deployment

Work begins with a site survey and design: the number and location of outlets, the rooms for access points and the position of the telecommunications rack are determined. Cabling is then installed, the rack and patch panels are assembled, and every line is tested and labelled.

Upon handover, the network diagram and technical documentation are provided, which considerably simplifies subsequent maintenance.

Scope of service

  • Site survey and network design
  • Structured cabling: cable installation, outlets, patch panels and rack assembly
  • Fibre-optic line connection
  • Corporate Wi-Fi: full coverage, guest network, roaming
  • Network segmentation with VLANs: accounting, cameras, guests
  • Testing and labelling of every line
  • Handover of network diagram and technical documentation

Port 3

Server infrastructure setup

Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, virtualisation and backup systems, ensuring data security and uninterrupted operation of services.

  • Windows Server: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy (GPO)
  • File server and access rights management
  • Linux servers: Ubuntu, Debian, Rocky Linux
  • Virtualisation: Proxmox VE, VMware ESXi, Hyper-V

Port 3

Server infrastructure setup

We build the organisation’s server infrastructure: a domain (Active Directory), file server, access rights management, and servers for 1C and mail systems. Running several virtual machines on a single physical server reduces hardware costs.

A backup plan is developed and data restoration is tested in practice, guaranteeing that information is preserved even in the event of a failure.

Scope of service

  • Windows Server: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy (GPO)
  • File server and access rights management
  • Linux servers: Ubuntu, Debian, Rocky Linux
  • Virtualisation: Proxmox VE, VMware ESXi, Hyper-V
  • Backup and data recovery planning
  • Server preparation for 1C, mail and other services
  • Monitoring of disks, memory and services
  • Migration of servers to new hardware

Port 4

Network equipment configuration

Configuration of MikroTik, Cisco, FortiGate and other equipment: stable internet connectivity, secure VPN between branches and protection against external threats.

  • MikroTik (Winbox) and Cisco IOS configuration
  • Dual ISP: failover and load balancing
  • Branch interconnection via VPN: WireGuard, IPsec
  • FortiGate: security policies and content filtering

Port 4

Network equipment configuration

If the network core is misconfigured, even the most modern equipment performs slowly and remains vulnerable. We connect two internet providers to the router with automatic failover, unite branches into a single network via WireGuard or IPsec VPN, and organise VLAN and PoE settings on the switches.

A backup copy of every configuration is retained and handed over to the client.

Scope of service

  • MikroTik (Winbox) and Cisco IOS configuration
  • Dual ISP: failover and load balancing
  • Branch interconnection via VPN: WireGuard, IPsec
  • FortiGate: security policies and content filtering
  • Managed switches: VLAN, trunk, PoE, STP
  • Secure VPN for remote work
  • QoS: priority for telephony and critical services
  • Configuration backups and documentation

Port 5

Video surveillance installation

IP video surveillance systems for offices, warehouses, retail outlets and residences, with smartphone viewing and reliable archive storage.

  • Planning of camera placement and fields of view
  • Installation of IP cameras and network video recorders (NVR)
  • Hikvision, Dahua, Uniview and other manufacturers
  • Live view and archive playback on a smartphone

Port 5

Video surveillance installation

First, the site is surveyed and the coverage area of each camera is planned: entrances, checkout area, warehouse and car park. Storage capacity is calculated according to the required archive retention period.

Cameras are connected via a PoE switch and placed in a separate network segment, which prevents unauthorised external access. Finally, the mobile application is installed on your smartphone and instructions on its use are provided.

Scope of service

  • Planning of camera placement and fields of view
  • Installation of IP cameras and network video recorders (NVR)
  • Hikvision, Dahua, Uniview and other manufacturers
  • Live view and archive playback on a smartphone
  • Motion detection and notifications
  • Storage sizing according to the required retention period
  • Separate network (VLAN) and PoE switch for cameras
  • Maintenance and expansion of existing systems
